Seasonal depression, often called the "winter blues." While we talk about it in adults, teens experience it too, and it’s more than just moodiness or teen angst. The shorter days and reduced sunlight can disrupt sleep, lower serotonin levels, and amplify stress, making the colder months extra challenging for your adolescent.
